How do I move players from the waitlist to the main draw?

In order to move players from the waitlist to the main draw:

Step 1: From the "Switch to Admin View" section, expand the division you would like to work with.

Step 2: Click the blue "Manage" button to the right of the first waitlisted player.

Step 3: Click "Move to Main Draw"

Step 4: Click "Yes" in the pop up window

Please note that at accredited junior tournaments, US Squash manages and processes the movement of players from the waitlist to the main draw. If you notice that the waitlists are not moving after a couple of days, please contact [e-mail].
