How can I access a list of players who are signed up for my tournament?
There are two ways to find a list of players who are signed up for your tournament.
Through the "Entrants" Section:
The fastest way to access the list of players who are signed up for your tournament is to go to the "Entrants" section through the "Switch to Admin View" part of the tournament page. Once here, you have the ability to expand any division to see a full list of players who are currently signed up (with relevant player information), including those who have been removed and those who are waitlisted.
Through the "Online Entries" report:
The "Online Entries" report will give additional information for each player, such as email address, phone number, and t-shirt size, all of which were provided when signing up. To pull this report:
Step 1: Through the "Switch to Admin View" section of the tournament page, click the "Entrants Admin" button
Step 2: Click "Online Entries"
Step 3: You can either view all information on the "Online Entries" page or export all information to excel by clicking the green "Export Report to Excel" button at the top of the screen. Please note that this report includes all players (active entries, removed players, waitlisted players), so you will need to pay attention to the "Status" column.
