After entering the schedule on the online draws, is there a way to check for errors?
After tournament directors have finished entering the match times, dates, and court numbers, they should check to confirm that no mistakes have been made in the process of inputting the weekend's match schedule.
To do so, tournament directors should use the "Court Schedule" feature, which provides an overview of each day's schedule and allows the user to quickly assess the schedule and identify potential errors, such as double booked courts.
Step 1: Click "Switch to Admin View" at the top of your tournament page.
Step 2: Click the "Tournaments Admin" option and select "Court Schedule."
Step 3: Use the "Select Date" drop down to toggle between different days of the tournament
The court schedule creates a matrix to display the matches and pulls directly from the online draws. Therefore, if there are any matches that are missing, they were not scheduled. Additionally, any matches that were scheduled for the same court at the same time, they will be highlighted in Red (example below).
When looking at the above image, two different matches are scheduled for an 8:00am match on court NY1. There is an open court at 8:00am on NY2, so this would be a trigger to move one of those two matches to court NY2. You should also use this screen to look at the timing of the match intervals to see if you would like to make adjustments to the match times.
