How can I send an email to players in my tournament?
In order to email the players, use the batch email "communications" option from Administration page.
To send emails through the tournament page:
Step 1: From the "Switch to Admin View" area of the tournament page, go to the "Communications" section.
Step 2: Select any necessary filter options. The main options are by "Player Status" and by "Divisions." Generally, you will want to send the email to only the players who are participating in the event (All Players on Draw).
Step 3: Type in the subject of the email
Step 4: Add any "Additional Recipients" (anyone else you would like to receive the email). We recommend adding yourself here to make sure the email is sent.
Step 5: Type the body of the email.
Step 6: Click "Send." Please note that you only need to click the send button once. Although the page remains as is, a message will appear across the bottom of the page indicating that the email was sent successfully.
