As the tournament director, do I have the right to add others to have administrative rights to my tournament?

As the tournament director, do I have the right to add others to have administrative rights to my tournament? 

Tournament directors may not add other administrators for the tournament, however, to add additional administrators, tournament directors should contact [e-mail].
