How do I remove a player from a draw?
After players have submitted a "withdraw/change division" request, a notification is sent to tournament directors. Depending on the timing of the submitted request, the tournament director may, or may not, have to process the request.
If a request is submitted before the regular entry deadline, the request is automatically processed and the player is either removed from the tournament, or their division will be adjusted.
After the regular registration deadline passes, however, tournament directors will need to process all requests that are submitted. To do so:
- Login to tournament director's US Squash account
- Go to tournament information page
- "Switch to Admin View"
- Select the "Requests" sections
- Process any pending requests in accordance with policy based on time request was received
