What do districts do?
US Squash and District Associations work jointly to further US Squash's mission to lead squash’s growth and development by increasing access and awareness, supporting meaningful lifelong engagement in the sport, and encouraging sportsmanship while achieving competitive excellence at the highest levels. US Squash and District Associations work cooperatively to promote and grow participation in squash. District Associations conduct activities to build the sport, including:
- adult league administration and management
- local and regional tournament and event schedule coordination
- communications about local/regional activities and programs
- support of local squash organizations including urban youth, college and high school programs
- facilitation of district-wide year/season ending events, including annual championships, and other activities
